Q: What is Chuck & Don's Delivers?
A: Chuck & Don's Delivers is our pet supply delivery service that helps you save money and simplifies your life with convenient home delivery.
Q: How does your service work?
A: You order the products you need through our website and we deliver the items to your home.
Q: What is your delivery service area?
A: We provide home delivery to the Minneapolis - St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities.
Q: How much does it cost for home delivery?
A: We provide free home delivery on orders over $49 - otherwise the delivery fee is just $5.50.
Q: How soon after ordering will I receive my delivery?
A: Estimated delivery is between 2-7 business days. The turnaround time on your order depends on several factors; item availability, processing time in our warehouse, and shipping destination.
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We deliver during the day on weekdays, typically between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.
Q: Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
A: No. If you have special delivery instructions please include them in the space provided when you enter or update your delivery address. If you live in a secure building or community, please provide appropriate instructions for us to complete your delivery.
Q: How can I save money by shopping with Chuck & Don's Delivers?
A: You get back $5 for every $125 spent. Have pet food items you want to be delivered on a regular basis? Simple, make the product recurring and you’ll save 5%. Plus you won't ever have to worry about running out of pet food again. Awesome, right?
Q: If I sign up for a recurring order can I cancel or change that order?
A: Yes, you can cancel or change a recurring order at any time - no problem. You can manage your recurring products from My Account -> Recurring Products.
Q: What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
A: We strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. If you are unsatisfied with the products delivered for any reason please contact us and we’ll work with you to correct the situation promptly.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit and debit cards only. Your card will not be charged until the day of delivery.
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes. We use Stripe to manage all payments and your information is securely stored off-site and protected by Stripe, one of the leading online payment processors in the world.
Q: Where are you physically located?
